The Work under this Project consists of the installation of approximately 22,000 LF of water main and all associated piping and appurtenances in the White Oak, Indigo Park, Jamestown Farms, Paddock Green, Paddock Lane and Canterbury Hills subdivisions and along Indigo Dam Road. Water main to be mainly installed via direct bury with a 50-foot section of water main to receive trenchless installation under John Tyler Hwy. Five residential houses to have water services rerouted from an existing backyard water main and redirected to the existing 12-in water main along John Tyler Hwy. Approximately 87 LF of 8-inch gravity main will be replaced.
All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
